12 Minute Workout with Medicine Ball

Hi Friends!  Happy Hump Day!  It’s been awhile since I posted a 12 minute workout, and I like this one A LOT.  It has a little bit of everythingL: strength, cardio and endurance.  You will need a medicine ball and a heavy kettle bell or heavy dumbbell, and of course 12 minutes!!  Enjoy!
