As I sit next to my mama sipping wine and watching a silly movie, I am also preparing to wake up at 3:30 am and hustle to the airport for a 6am flight home. I haven’t been home for more than 9 hours in the last 7 days, which admittedly, has my head a little foggy.
Travel has been intense lately, yet significant. April will mark 3 years at Tegile. This means I’ve been working in cities up and down the West Coast for the same amount of time. In some ways one city blurs into the next. There are many mornings I wake up taking inventory of my surroundings to figure out the city in which I wake. In other, more special ways, each city has become a second home with friends and family alike who welcome me with love.
I’m not complaining. I am grateful for my career, the friends I’ve made in my travels, and most of all for every second I get to spend at home.
I’m excited to bring you another 12-Minute Workout. I love this workout! It’s challenging, effective, and fun! “Fun” might be a relative term, but I really hope you agree. 🙂
For your first time through, be sure to rest as needed. Work up to completing the circuit 4x through in 12 minutes. It will be a heart-pumping challenge and great achievement!
