Hey Gang! It’s Wednesday, which means it’s time for another 12 minute Wednesday Workout. This week we are working with Kettle Bells again. Actually, you only need one Kettle Bell. If you don’t have access to a KB, a dumbbell will work just as well. And, if you just don’t like this week’s workout, you can now refer back to any of my workouts from the main menu here!
For this workout, or any Tabata workout, I use the Interval Timer App, free from the App Store. I’ve included a couple of screen shots to help you set up the timer for this workout. If you don’t want or need the fancy bells and horns, just set a timer and perform the designated exercises for 20 seconds followed by 10 second rest period.
Here is this week’s 12 minute Wednesday Workout, it’s technically 12:30, but look at all those rest periods! 🙂 If this looks confusing, it’s not, and I created a couple videos to help guide you.
NOTE: You will perform Circuit 1 followed by Circuit 2 and repeat both circuits before moving on to Circuit 3. Complete Circuit 3 followed by Circuit 4 and then repeat Circuits 3 and 4.
