In my line of work, with the vast territory I am in responsible for, work travel can get exhausting and old real fast, which is why a slow travel month of July was more than welcomed by not only myself, but my friends and especially my husband. I don’t get a lot of consecutive days, let alone weeks, at home.
I love and treasure the time at home with my family, my agenda, my routine, my gym, mine, mine, mine!! I love it. But….my job is to be in front of my customers and too much time at home starts to make me feel unproductive. As the calendar turned from July to August I felt both anxious and excited to get back on the road.
This week’s Wednesday Workout I created and completed TODAY! Right from the Doubletree Hotel in Newark – more to come on the hotel in a future review. I’m calling this the 12-minute Hotel Workout because I literally had 12 minutes to workout, plus the extra time to film and share with all of you, but there is no equipment needed and you can just as easily do it from your bedroom.
Enjoy!
Wednesday 12 minute Hotel Workout
Here is a demo of the first set. Set the timer on your phone for 12 minutes and repeat until 12 minutes is completed. I realize the angle is bad for the Spiderman Plank Crunch, so there is another video demo of the Spiderman Plank Crunch below. Be sure to focus on your oblique muscles during this exercise. You should literally feel the oblique muscles crunch. 🙂
In case you need it, here is a demo of a Spiderman Plank Crunch.
Happy Hump Day! I hope you enjoy the best 12 minutes you can do for yourself!
Thank you for reading.

The hotel should have had you as a sponsor for their gym! lol 😀 just saying, I feel like you would have brought more people to this hotel if they knew such a person was doing so much work in their gym! woot 😀

I just left a not so nice review for my last trip on hotels.com. 😬

Wow! This is amazing, someone who actually does reviews on where they stay, some do and some don’t but I should because I always read hotel reviews all the time when I am planning on traveling some place, they have been helpful and sometimes I take risk that maybe I thought others were being over dramatic about.
